The AP3 Monochrome Digital Address Printer seamlessly integrates user-friendly features with speed and versatility, delivering high-quality on-demand printing. This mid-range unit employs dual print banks and achieves printing speeds of up to 26,000 #10 envelopes per hour, with variable print resolutions of up to 600 DPI, and the flexibility to print on UV-coated stock.

Its 4.5” color touchscreen, equipped with an adjustable backlight, empowers users with full control over functions, including the storage and recall of common print jobs, with a storage capacity of up to 16GB. The integrated feeder accommodates up to 500 #10 envelopes at once and handles materials of up to 3/8” thickness. Two independent 1.5” print heads utilize 6 thermal inkjet cartridges simultaneously to produce an image area of up to 3” x 17”, with available overlap, and can be adjusted to a maximum vertical print range of 11”. Additionally, a variety of inks are available to print on a wide range of stocks, including coated and uncoated media.

Further enhancing user experience are features such as on-screen ink monitoring for both percentage used and approximate pieces remaining, USB 3.0/LAN connectivity, compatibility with TrueType fonts, spot color capability, and batch/job/lifetime counters. An optional 3-foot conveyor stacker is also available for convenient handling post-printing.
